Deliveries

Orders placed on or before 11 a.m will be dispatched same day. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom but are working on international deliveries. Watch this space for further information on buying from outside the United Kingdom.

Orders to Mainland U.K:

Customers will be able to choose from the following:

Free Standard Delivery (on orders over £30.00) - Free – 3-4 Working Days

Standard Delivery (on orders under £30.00 and under 500 Grams) - £4.99  3-4 Working Days

Express Service (orders under £30 and under 2kg) - £12.99 - 1-2 Working Days- Royal Mail

Express Service (orders over £30 and under 2kg) - £7.99 - 1-2 Working Days- Royal Mail


Orders to the UK Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other Islands:

We offer free shipping over £30 and under 500g OR over £100 with no weight limit to: 

Shetland Islands (ZE Postcode)
Northern Ireland (BT Postcode)

We are sorry that we cannot offer free shipping to these areas:

Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man

Vedic Bliss cannot be held accountable for late deliveries if the courier is at fault. We will not offer compensation or be held accountable unless we have signed a guarantee contract for delivery. If you require a law binding contract, this must be made at least 2 days in advance.


Returns Information (UK):


Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund. Our products are only categorised as 'short-dated' once the expiry date is under 3 months. We are unable to refund or replace an item if the expiry date is longer than 3 months at the time of purchase. If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse delivery and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

We can offer a returns service at our discretion for £3.99 for non faulty goods; the customer will need to include the order number and reason for return with any item.
