For those who are looking to Cleanse with Ayurvedic Diet & Therapies, we have "Home stay" facility in Central Portugal where accomodation, food and Therapies are provided as a Pacakage. We offer 10 days, 15 days or customized package based on your health requirements.

What to expect: Our Ayurvedic facility is called "Vedopavan" which translates to "Garden of Vedas or Garden of Knowledge". It is located just outside a beautiful village called "Amieira", surronded by beautiful, lush mountains where Pine, Ecalyptus and Medronha forests make it a serene surrounding. 

Vedopavan is our dream project which is in its initial stages. We acquired 4 hectares of land with a ruin which we rebuilt to facilitate our Ayurvedic practice. We plan to create an Ayurvedic forest by planting Ayurvedic trees, plants, bushes and herbs which will allow us to use freshly prepared herbal decoctions for our clients as per their health requirements, resulting into faster and long-lasting releif.

Once you arrive, you will stay in our beautiful Log-cabin called "Pragya cottage". The cottage is big enough to accomodate two adults comfortably. Pragya cottage is independent accommodation located at slightly higher terrace away from the main house so you can enjoy privacy and views of the valley. Equipped with a double bed, sofas, Log burner for winter nights, aircon for summer and a small kitchen (although all meals are provided in the package).
